Letter of Acceptance (LoA)

OFFICIAL DOCUMENT EDITORIAL DECISION PUBLICATION PROCESS

Didanesia: Journal of Education provides an official Letter of Acceptance (LoA) for manuscripts that have successfully completed the editorial evaluation and double-blind peer-review process and have been formally accepted for publication.

The Letter of Acceptance serves as an official confirmation that a manuscript has met the journal's academic, ethical, and editorial standards and has been accepted for publication in an upcoming issue of the journal.

What is a Letter of Acceptance?

A Letter of Acceptance (LoA) is an official document issued by the Editorial Office confirming that a manuscript has successfully passed all required editorial procedures and has been accepted for publication.

The LoA is signed by the Editor-in-Chief and issued on the journal's official letterhead. It may be used by authors for academic administration, research reporting, promotion requirements, graduation requirements, institutional documentation, or funding purposes.

Eligibility for Receiving a Letter of Acceptance

A Letter of Acceptance will only be issued when all of the following conditions have been fulfilled:

  • The manuscript has passed the initial editorial screening.
  • The manuscript has successfully completed the double-blind peer-review process.
  • All reviewer comments have been addressed satisfactorily.
  • The manuscript has received a final acceptance decision from the Editor-in-Chief.
  • The final version of the manuscript has been approved for publication.
  • All required publication documents have been completed by the corresponding author.

Purpose of the Letter of Acceptance

The Letter of Acceptance provides formal confirmation that a manuscript has been accepted for publication. It supports authors in fulfilling institutional, academic, and administrative requirements while awaiting the publication of the final article.

The issuance of an LoA does not replace the published article, DOI, or journal issue. It serves solely as official evidence of editorial acceptance before publication.

Important Notice

A Letter of Acceptance is issued only after a manuscript has received a formal acceptance decision. The journal does not issue provisional, conditional, or advance acceptance letters prior to the completion of the peer-review and editorial decision process.

When is the Letter of Acceptance Issued?

The Letter of Acceptance (LoA) is issued only after the Editorial Board has reached a final decision to accept the manuscript for publication. The journal does not issue acceptance letters during the peer-review process or before the final editorial decision.

Once the manuscript has been accepted, the corresponding author may receive the official LoA in digital (PDF) format. The LoA is normally issued before the article is assigned to a specific journal issue and published online.
