Editor Qualifications
- Hold at least a Doctoral degree (Master's degree may be considered based on expertise and publication record).
- Have expertise relevant to the journal's scope.
- Possess a strong publication record in reputable national or international journals.
- Have an active ORCID iD and Google Scholar profile.
- Experience as a reviewer or editor is preferred.
- Demonstrate commitment to publication ethics and editorial integrity.
- Be willing to manage manuscripts objectively and confidentially.
Editorial Responsibilities
- Conduct the initial editorial screening of submitted manuscripts.
- Select appropriate reviewers based on expertise.
- Monitor the double-blind peer-review process.
- Evaluate reviewers' recommendations and make editorial decisions.
- Ensure compliance with publication ethics and journal policies.
- Maintain confidentiality and avoid conflicts of interest.
- Support the continuous improvement of journal quality and international visibility.
