Publication Ethics
Nomira: Journal of Economics, Management, and Business is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics and preventing all forms of publication malpractice. The journal follows the principles and best practices recommended by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Editors, reviewers, authors, and the publisher are expected to uphold integrity, transparency, fairness, and professionalism throughout the publication process.
Responsibilities of Editors

Publication Misconduct
The journal does not tolerate plagiarism, data fabrication, data falsification, citation manipulation, duplicate publication, image manipulation, or any other form of unethical publication practice. Proven cases of misconduct may result in manuscript rejection, article retraction, notification to the authors' institutions, and other appropriate actions in accordance with COPE guidelines.
Conflicts of Interest
Authors, editors, and reviewers must disclose any financial, institutional, or personal relationships that could influence the objectivity of the editorial or peer-review process. Individuals with significant conflicts of interest should refrain from participating in editorial decisions or manuscript reviews.
Corrections and Retractions
When significant errors or ethical violations are identified after publication, the journal may issue corrections, retractions, or expressions of concern to preserve the integrity of the scholarly record. Such actions are undertaken in accordance with internationally accepted publishing standards.
