Author Guidelines

Nomira: Journal of Economics, Management, and Business welcomes high-quality manuscripts that contribute to the advancement of knowledge in economics, management, business, finance, accounting, entrepreneurship, marketing, organizational studies, public policy, and sustainable development. Authors are encouraged to carefully read the following guidelines before submitting their manuscripts.

General Requirements

✓ Manuscripts must be original and have not been published or submitted elsewhere.

✓ Articles must be written in clear and academic English.

✓ Research must comply with publication ethics and academic integrity.

✓ Authors are responsible for the accuracy of all data, citations, and references.

✓ Only manuscripts within the journal's focus and scope will be processed.

Manuscript Preparation

✓ Use the official Nomira manuscript template.

✓ Prepare the manuscript in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx).

✓ Follow the journal formatting and reference style.

✓ Ensure tables and figures are clear and editable.

✓ Check grammar and language before submission.

References

✓ Use recent and relevant scholarly references.

✓ Authors are encouraged to cite articles published within the last ten years.

✓ Use reference management software such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote.

✓ Follow the APA (7th Edition) citation style.

Similarity Check

Every submitted manuscript undergoes similarity screening using Turnitin or equivalent plagiarism detection software. Manuscripts with excessive similarity may be returned for revision or rejected before entering the peer-review process.

Peer Review

All manuscripts that pass the initial editorial screening are evaluated through a rigorous double-blind peer-review process by at least two independent reviewers. The Editor-in-Chief makes the final publication decision based on the reviewers' recommendations and the manuscript's scientific quality.
